[摘   要]继2016年首次发布“中国保险消费者信心指数”,中国保险保障基金公司连续四年推出了中国保险消费者信心指数报告。据2019年度发布的报告显示,2018年,中国保险消费者信心指数为71.9,比中值50高43.8%,处于信心较强区间,显示保险消费者信心稳定乐观,主要表现为:保险消费者对保险行业未来发展环境和未来运行状况展望向好;险企诚信和服务受到认可,消费者期待的保障功能产品越来越多;消费者信任倾向积极乐观,消费自主决策能力不断提升;消费意愿较强,未来不退保意愿和续保意愿维持在较高水平;行业发展回归本源,增长动能转换。与此同时,在继续提高消费者信心的过程中,保险行业还有很多工作要做:加强保险产品创新,满足消费者多样化的产品选择;加大保险知识科普力度,促进消费者保险意识转变;提高保险从业人员专业水平,不断提升保险行业形象;完善保险全流程服务,丰富综合性保险计划等。

China Insurance Consumer Confidence Index Team

Abstract:Since the China Insurance Consumer Confidence Index (CICCI) was initiated in 2016,China Insurance Security Fund Company has issued the Index for four consecutive years. The Report issued in 2019 showed that the CICCI of 2018 was 71.9,43.8% higher than the median value of 50,which proved insurance consumer confidence to be stable and positive. Major findings are: insurance consumers have a positive prospect on the future development environment and operation of the insurance industry; insurers’ credibility and services are well recognized and consumers expect higher protection of insurance products; consumption willingness is quite high and the intention not to surrender their policies or renew their policies remain at a high level; the industry refocus on protection-oriented products and the growth driver has changed. Meanwhile,in addition to continue to lift consumer confidence,the industry has a  lot work to do: stepping up on product innovation to cater to more diversified needs,strengthening insurance knowledge publicity to raise consumer’s insurance awareness,improving on insurance practitioners’ professional level to enhance the industry’s public image,offering good full-process services and a larger variety of full-service products,etc.
