［摘   要］他山之石，可以攻玉。研究和梳理西方保险理论的研究重点和演变趋势，科学把握国际保险理论发展的规律，对于推动我国保险理论的繁荣和创新发展具有重大的借鉴意义。本文基于LDA主题模型，对2017年1月至2023年5月American Economic Review等五大经济学期刊和Journal of Risk and Insurance期刊(JRI)收录的336篇保险理论研究文献进行文本数据挖掘，结果显示：2017年1月~2023年5月，五大经济学期刊和JRI保险理论文献发文量保持平稳趋势，风险管理和保险经济学成为近年来保险理论研究的重点，健康保险领域研究强度持续不减，社会保障及养老金问题研究强度逐渐增强，而寿险领域研究强度有所下降。同时，本文利用Web of Science和谷歌学术文献被引数据，使用几何分配法对作者贡献度进行排名，并结合描述性统计方法分析作者、研究机构的影响力和文献研究方法。

The Essential Components and Evolutionary Trends of Western Insurance Theory Research in Recent Years

Abstract：The wisdom gains from others′ experiences can be used to achieve great accomplishments.It is of great significance to thoroughly study and analyze the essential components and evolutionary trends of Western insurance theories,as well as to scientifically grasp the development patterns of international insurance theories.Such endeavors can greatly facilitate the prosperity and innovative development of insurance theories in our country.In this article,utilizing the LDA topic model,we conduct text data mining on a total of 336 insurance theory papers published between January 2017 and May 2023 in five major economic journals such as the American Economic Review,as well as in the Journal of Risk and Insurance(JRI).The results show that from January 2017 to May 2023,the volume of insurance theory papers published in the five major economic journals and JRI remains stable.In recent years,there has been a growing emphasis on risk management and insurance economics in insurance theory research,with a concurrent sustained interest in the study of health insurance.Meanwhile,the research interest in social security and pension issues has gradually increased,while the research interest in life insurance has declined to some extent.At the same time,this article utilizes citation data from Web of Science and Google Scholar to rank the contributions of authors by the method of geometric distribution.Additionally,it combines descriptive statistical methods to analyze the influence of authors,research institutions and literature research methods.
